Sibylla, born into privilege, has chosen instead to live anonymously as a homeless person in Stockholm, treating herself on occasion by hooking up with a businessman at the Grand Hotel for dinner and a clean bed, but when one of her benefactors is killed, she becomes a murder suspect, and when more bodies turn up, Sibylla suddenly finds she is public enemy number one.
